This package gives us enough time to ask and answer any questions relating to your minor issue and set up a plan on how you can solve these.

Service Description:

30 - 45 minute phone consult
Suitable for children aged 16 weeks - 4 years
Prior to our conversation I will send you an information request sheet for you to fill in. This allows me to make the most of our phone conversation by already knowing your minor issues.
There is no written sleep plan or follow-up support included
This package is not suitable if your child does not know the skill of self-settling as this requires more support.
